For sennaspy!!! .exe maker help

Hi...ca you please help me in producing code so that i can add seperate files into one executable..
I have been told that you put all the seperate files in the recources of a new executable..and when it starts it enumerates its recources and writes them to disk...

Can you please help me to do this....

I create the "stub" file in c++ and integrate the project in Binary format in Visual Basic...
