Recently Gateway re-formatted my hard drive and now I can not get my TV PCI to work. I get an error message: BT 848 No suitable direct draw provider. I have re-installed direct X like STB recommends and still it will not start.

You have to re-install DirectDraw drivers from installation CD-ROM. If you have AverMedia TV Tuner than it is on their CD. Otherwise look at Microsoft WWW site. (I guess you have Win95.)

As noted in my original question, I have already tried reinstalling both the program and the DirectDraw drivers. It is an STB TV PCI card, I am using W-95.
