You have to update your SVGA server
This component is supported by XFree86 (since version 3.3.3), module svga

Redhat 5.2 has version 3.3.1 but you need 3.3.3

Fetch it from the nearest ftp server that mirrors

Search for the file xsis.rpm on Lycos FTP Search - - you will see several places where you can download it. The one that works for me I downloaded from and its size is 993.2Kb.
