Which CD-RW Drive is Best ???

I'm thinking of buying a CD-RW Drive,it must have a reasonable speed at a reasonable price.
Can anyone make any suggestions on which are the best.

Hewlett Packard drives are very good, but unfortunately if you're an advanced user, you will not be able to do some overburning for example.

Plextor are excellent drives, but they all are SCSI, and their CD-RW drive will only write at 4X.

I recommend you buy a Hewlett Packard or an A-Open, which are very good too, but harder to find...

Can you just explain what exactly overburning is .
Also a few prices or descriptions on the best would help a lot.
