I think this is beyond the level of Delphi some how. &nbsp;Have you tried NetWatch which is shipped with Windows 95/98? &nbsp;It tells you who is connected to your computer and what files they have open. &nbsp;However, this doesnt work over the internet.<br />

If you are trying to figure out who is accessing your pC over the internet, you will need to write a port sniffer which detects which ports are open, and then you can ping those ports to see where the originator is. &nbsp;This isnt impossible to do, but I can't help you. &nbsp;I just thought I would add a comment to see which way you wanted to go.<br />
