Hi Karen,

I think this is beyond the level of Delphi some how.  Have you tried NetWatch which is shipped with Windows 95/98?  It tells you who is connected to your computer and what files they have open.  However, this doesnt work over the internet.

If you are trying to figure out who is accessing your pC over the internet, you will need to write a port sniffer which detects which ports are open, and then you can ping those ports to see where the originator is.  This isnt impossible to do, but I can't help you.  I just thought I would add a comment to see which way you wanted to go.

Best of luck!
