FP97 - Discussion Wizard/order of TOC

Hi,

I'm using Frontpage 97 (I have to) to run a number of web pages.  I have created a Discussion forum using the wizard.  One of the options in the wizard is how to order the posting (most recent first or least recent first), but no matter what I choose, new postings all appear at the end of the TOC page, whereas I want them at the start.

Can anyone help?

I have exactly the same problem. Initially I thought somebody had screwed things up by deleting messages instead of editing them. So, I made an archive of the old messages and then made a new BBS using the wizard, making sure to check the "Newest to Oldest" checkbox.... Result... DOH!

The double dam thing still shows "Oldest to Newest" I'm just wondering if this is yet another bug in FP98.. I have not tried it in FP97 but it seems as though you are having the same problem.

I'll add a further 50 points for ANY workable solution

Best regards

Jack

>>Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article.<<

It's taken about 3 hours to search this information out and the break through came from this site:
