Custom Window Caption Buttons and ToolTips

I have implemented a Class derived from CDialog, this class allows for custom windows caption buttons to be draw, next to the standard Minimize/Maximize/Close etc, i would like to know how to go about adding tooltips to these custom buttons.

Create a tooltip window using CToolTipCtrl::Create and add a "tool" for each button using the rectangle coordinates for the button.
