Error Handler in an Error Handler

OK here is the problem.  I have an ActiveX EXE everything seems to be working great with this EXE except for on thing every once in a while I get a messagebox saying that I got a line drop error.  The EXE actually uses visual voice's OCX and DLL controls to control and IVR (phone system).
Now in the Error Handler of the main portion of the program there is one part of the Error Handler that will handle this type of error.  Because that is the way the Visual Voice control tells me that the caller hung up the phone, they use a custom generated error.
This is no problem under normal circimstances meaning that people can call and hang-up with no problems.  What I believe is the problem is that some other type of error is being generated and while the program is in the ErrHandler handling the first error the person hangs-up causes the Line Drop Error and in essence causing an error in the Error Handler.  I need a way to prevent this.

How many levels of error handling do you want?

private sub sub1()
   on error goto errh
   sub2
   exit sub
errh:
   msgbox err.msg
end sub

private sub sub2()
   on error goto errh
   sub3
   exit sub
errh:
   ErrHandlingCode
end sub

private sub sub3()
   on error goto errh
   sub4
   exit sub
errh:
   ErrHandlingCode
end sub

private sub sub4()
   etc...
end sub
