doesnt load- msg msoe.dll miss/corrupted

When I try to load the last ver of outlook express I get the following message : An error occured loading c:\outlook express\msoe.dll, file may not have been installed or it has been corrupted. Where can I get the missing dll file ?

msoe.dll is a file for Internet Explorer 5.0

It is located in the file
You can extract it from there.  It would be easier to reload IE

I reinstalled Ie5 it didn't help. I found the mailnews cabinet file. How do I extract it from there to the Windows system directory ?
extract /a /l [location for file to be extracted to] [path to cab\] msoe.dll

I got a message :  cannot open file m:\Ena\Alpha\En\Ie5\
Try it from command prompt

This question was awarded, but never cleared due to the JSP-500 errors of that time.  It was "stuck" against userID -1 versus the intended expert whom you awarded.  This corrects the problem and the expert will now receive these points; points verified.
