doesnt load- msg msoe.dll miss/corrupted
When I try to load the last ver of outlook express I get the following message : An error occured loading c:\outlook express\msoe.dll, file may not have been installed or it has been corrupted. Where can I get the missing dll file ?

I got a message : cannot open file m:\Ena\Alpha\En\Ie5\mailne ws.cab
Try it from command prompt
GREETINGS!
