I need to know how would I be able to redirect an app from within my vb project?  What I need to do is to be able to redirect an app such as ms-dos ( to certain port, so ms-dos ( could be accessed from telnet when connected on that given port.  How would I be able to do that?  I have seen it done, but don't know how to do it.  Should be able to work with all applications.

P.S. would increase points if it is hard...

it's hard.

Here is a piece of the puzzle. THis redirect stdin & stdout to another file.

Now you have to communicate and receive this information using mscomm.
