Configurable Child Window or Dialog Box

I want to do a configurable child window or a dialog box whereby I can add in additional buttons or any other control when a request is put up. How can I do this? Please guide me through.

If examples or sample code is given additional points shall be given.

all you have to do is:
1) declare CWnd in your class
CWnd* newWnd;

2) when the user wants to add a new controll lets say to a dialog, u have to do the follwoing:

if its button:
newWnd=new CButoon();

you have to do it through switch case

Thanks. That's what I want. Will there be any problem packaging this into an OCX so that I can reuse this thing? Hope you can share your view on this.
