Modem problem

I have USB modem. Modem is Well FM-56USB-ST. My internet service provider supports V.90 standard. So when i call to that internet number then i get Status: no answer. But when i dial to that same number other modem i get access to internet. I have PS/2 mouse. And i have SoundBlaster Live value. So Live value is Irq 3 now. And i have Com1, Com3 now. My modem is Com4. So when i'm dialing other number than that internet number then my usb modem dials. So what i have to do?

Your ISP's internet service is not recognizing your modem's dial up string.
If you have a manual with your modem that show you how to change this,
then change it to be exactly like the dial up string of the modem that does
contact your ISP.  If it is not in the modem manual e-mail your modem vendor
and ask him to send you the dial-up strings that you modem will
work with, and pick one that is very close to the one of your old modem.
