Upon restarting my computer, I suddenly have been getting two error boxes. The first is Setup.ins and states"cannot find the file 'setup.ins'{or one of its components} Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available  The second is Desktop and states "could not load or run 'setup.ins' specified in the WIN.INI file. Make sure the file exists to it in the WIN.INI file.  I checked my file and folders and it found a file but I continue to get these messages. Now what?

this sounds like you deleted or moved a program that windows is trying to load at bootup, if this is a program you want then reinstall it or move it back where is was. If you don't want this programs then to get rid of the error message you need to delete the references to the programs, when booting up and you get the errors then remember where it says the reference is located , then do a search and "REM" out the reference or delete it.
The best way is to uninstall the programs first and they should remove those references

To recover lost files you need Norton Utilities:
or if you dont have the cash or the time to investigate furder you always have the option to reinstall.
