Dear chensu:

  Thanks for your answer! But it still a problem:

   I can Dial and communicate, but I can't set modem
in WIN95. The functions lineConfigDialog() and
lineTranslateDialog() return error LINEERR_INVALIDPARAM
(80000032). Why?

lineConfigDialog(dwLine,NULL,"COMM");

The line may not support the Comm API. Try NULL instead of "COMM".

lineTranslateDialog(hTAPI,0,0x00010004,NULL,NULL);

Make sure hTAPI and dwDeviceID are valid.

Dear chensu:
  I used these functions in same way at WIN98, and they
worked excellent, so I think these parameters are right.
And, I changed these parameters like you suggested, and
the return code is still wrong(80000032). The mistake is
only in WIN95, and it works well in WIN98. How can I do?
  Thanks again!
