Getting the view style

I'm trying to check the view style using VIEW_FORMAT_HEADER.
pHeaderFormat->ViewStyle always returns 0     (pHeaderFormat a pointer to VIEW_FORMAT_HEADER structure) but pHeaderFormat->Version  returns correct answer
I'm using only ODSReadMemory to read the contents.
Can anybody explain why it happens like that.?

These are the possible values of the ViewStyle:
VIEW_STYLE_TABLE  -  Table style view.
VIEW_STYLE_DAY        -  Calendar view, day style.
VIEW_STYLE_WEEK        -  Calendar view, week style.
VIEW_STYLE_MONTH  -  Calendar view, month style.

Try changing the view itself to one of these, then check the result. Or try and set it manually and recheck the result (ViewTableFormat.Header.ViewStyle = VIEW_STYLE_TABLE;) maybe the pointer is leaking!:)
