I was wondering what the most appropriate program is for searchable, web-based, databases, in other words, posting a database that users could search on-line. &nbsp;I am sure that many programs offer ways to do that, but I believe programs like MS Access require the users to have the programs or licenses. &nbsp;I have heard of Oracle and others but I am not sure if that is too hefty of a program for this. &nbsp;Any insight someone could give me would be greatly appreciated. &nbsp;Thank you.
