Try Zaphod's idea, and if it doesn't work, reject it to open the question to others.<br />

In the meantime, use your Find, Files and Folders and look for the file ShellIconCache file and delete it. Then retart the system and see if the icons come back up correctly.<br />

well this is a little puzzler. &nbsp;All it is is my outlook5 icons changing and going to a funny looking cursor. &nbsp;When i go to change icon it wont let me save it it comes up with a error<br />
Unable to save changes to oe5.lnk. &nbsp;Access is denied. &nbsp;I tried using the rebuild icons with the tweakie for win98
