I've installed the latest MDAC (MS Data Access Components)  2.1 (MDAC 2.1.2.4202.3) on a Win 95 and an NT system here only to find that they break the connectioon to an ODBC driver (FLEXODBC) which I am accessing via ADO.  I would like to uninstall MDAC 2.1 and rollback to MDAC 1.5c, but this I can't find out how to do this - I tried reinstalling MDAC 1.5c, but my breakage is still there.  How can I truly get rid of MDAC 2.1?

Thanks

Michael

You need to use the clsidvw.exe program:
support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q176/5/62.ASP
It says it's for 2.0, but i successfully removed 2.1 and reverted to 2.0 with it today.
