syntax of mailto: command

How can I add to mailto: command message itself ?
When I use mailto:someone@host.domain?subject=Subject
I declare E-Mail and subject , but I don't declare text
of message . How can I do it?

I try mailto:someone@host.domain?body=Body?subject=Subject,
      mailto:someone@host.domain?subject=Subject?body=Body
      mailto:someone@host.domain?subject=Subject;?body=Body
      .......
But I didn't find how ...

too.
I try mailto:someone@host.domain?body=Body?subject=Subject,
      mailto:someone@host.domain?subject=Subject?body=Body
      mailto:someone@host.domain?subject=Subject;?body=Body
      .......

"mailto:someone@host.domain?subject=My subject&body=You're welcome" don't work ...
I get "My" in subject and don't get nothing in body ...

What browser are you using? This works fine in Netscape 4.61

Also, is the whole thing inside quotes? I.e.,

<A HREF="mailto:someone@host.domain?subject=My subject&body=You're welcome">
