How can i create parameter (like #define in c++) in HTML page and use it later at the page:

use the parameter  later:
<applet code="MyClass.class" codebase=MyParam height="0" name="name" width="0"> </applet>

Why not define and evaluate the parameter in your Java class
file? If the MyClass.class is a share file, there're two
ways. If your server OS is NT, you can easily implement it
with ASP code, for example:
<%
MyParam = 1111 'or set it's value from user information DB
 %>
<applet code="MyClass.class" codebase=<%=MyParam%> height="0" name="name" width="0"> </applet>

otherwise, you can try to let this HTML page be created from
a CGI.

try this:

<script language="JavaScript">
var MyParam
......
document.write('<applet code=MyClass.class codebase='+ MyParam + 'height=0 name=name width=0></applet>')
......
</script>
