Help : Domino Web Server problem

'm trying the sample domino user registration database by putting it on the web. when i try to access it by using a browser, and go into new user registration, i fill up the registration form and click the "Submit Request" button, then i got the error from the browser "Remote server or file not found." Then i check back the server log, and found the following error:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
9/21/99 01:53:01 PM HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - The Address Book does not contain a cross certificate capable of validating the public key. [/samples/domreg.nsf/557a6148a8f846d3852563e10000ca95?CreateDocument]

ghassen99,

i've tried according to both the database instruction and your reply, but still got the following error:

from the server console, the error msg is :
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
99/09/27 10:57:26 AM  HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - Error validating
user's agent execution access

Possible cause: the agent signer may not be allowed to execute agents.
[/domreg.nsf/557a6148a8f846d3852563e10000ca95?CreateDocument]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

i've already check the admin is already in the database acl as manager and the agent $updatedby is also my admin's id.
so is still anything missing?
Did u check the 'run agent as a web user'?

Yes, i did.  but the problem remains.
u have to check the security tab in the server document in the NAB, see if u r allowed to run agents on the server...my suggestion solved the problem but this is something else.

I've put the server, admin and web users in the list of the "Who can run.." field of the personal agents of the security tab in the server document.  but the problem remains.
what version r u using? R4 or R5?
put your name in the 'run restricted Lotus script...' field
