Put photos in a view

Now I have a Human Resource database
in Lotus Notes 4.6. The HR Manager want
me to show every person's photo in the
view, like this:
           Name
(photo)    Sex
           Age

How can I do this?

Thanks!

Its not possible to display graphics in a view unless u plan to use the view over the web or through the browser in that case its possible to use HTML in view column.
You can use graphics in a Navigator though, so design a Navigator to give a Notes view look and show the pictures. Sounds like a fun project ;P
I forgot: have a Navigator to be opened for the database intially.

Yes, I know I can use graphics in a Navigator, but what I want is to show everyone's photo, which means the graphics is dynamically changed, not static, today we may have 30 pics, tomorrow we may have 50 pics.
Hi All,

Is there a way to customise the Icons that are shown in the view to point to a path that will pickup the photo and display it as an Icon In R5 ?

May be based on the user Key data ?

I guess that is available for view / Form Action button images Right ?

Anyway, I only can do this. Actually my real want is to have a photo list in the view, but seems can't do that.
