"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try this as the connection string.

cnnConnection.ConnectionString = "CollatingSequence=ASCII;DefaultDir=<pathname>;Deleted=0;Driver={Microsoft dBase Driver (*.dbf)};DriverId=277;FIL=dBase IV;FILEDSN=C:\Program Files\Common Files\ODBC\DataSources\db4.dsn;MaxBufferSize=2048;MaxScanRows=8;PageTimeout=600;SafeTransactions=0;Statistics=0;Threads=3;UID=admin;UserCommitSync=Yes;"
