There isn't a parameter that I know of to restrict the number of logins allowed for an individual. But you could put a check in the .profile for the accounts to be restricted. For example:

logexc=2
[ "`whodo | grep -c $LOGNAME`" = "$logexc" ] && {
    echo "Maximum Logins Exceeded"
    exit
}

Just initialize the variable logexc to a value that represents too many logins.

This should work.

The system is runnning OSR5.0.5 and I'd like to restrict the SIMULTANIOUS logons of certain users! Guess I was a bit naive in assuming that most certainly SCO could control this when even Novell can do it.. :)
Thanx for the help!
