I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Go into your system bios settings at startup by hitting Delete or F10 when you reboot, you can select to not display this info there.

*I you mean that you want to have the Windows logo(splash screen) in stead of the dos screen than set:

      Logo=1

in the MSDOS.SYS file.

*I do not know of a method to totally hide all the text, but you can add

      @echo off

at the beginning of your autoexec.bat

and add

       cls

as well right after this and after every two lines, this will not prevent the messages from appearing, but they will disappear very quickly
