My perl script were implemented on Linux system.  I would like my script run the static library  which was developed by using C language and the developer gave me only the static library file (file.o).
Could I invokel the function via perl script?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can also use SWIG (Software Wrapper and Interface Generator) available at http://www.swig.org.

All you need to do is to write a C header file (.h) describing the interface to the library and SWIG will take care of the rest.
