Reinstall Win98 without taking away anything?

Can I reinstall Win98 without taking away anything. like programs and games. And will they be working after the reinstallation?

Yes and no. Whether you run setup from your Win 98 CD or c:\windows\option\cabs, this will work fine. You may lose some settings, and drivers like DirectX may need to be reinstalled. If you have installed IE 5, you may have to reinstall that, too, but otherwise it should work.
