Thank you very much.I got the file with the same message (mtadb.properties) which is replied to the undeliverable mails. But after i edited those files i couldn't get the updated message in the undeliverable message. Do i need to restart the server?. I need to add a message like "The person you are contacting is not with us. Please call 1800506000". some thing like this. Thank you very much for the solutions

yes you need to stop, and then start the server (use the scripts provided by netscape)
