Shortcuts with Delphi 2.0

I'm trying to create shortcuts with delphi 2.0 developper version. When I try to use some units seen on the web, I get errors like "SHLOBJ not found" or "ComObj not found".
What's the meaning ? Where could I find these units ?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Sorry to say this but D2 has serious bugs in its COM implementation and you should consider to buy at least D3.  Go to www.delphifreestuff.com. There you can download an updated COM unit for D2.

Try adding ole2 to the uses clause instead (oleauto, olectl too maybe).

Like Mike said Borland re-engineered it's OLE support in D3, but that doesn't mean you can't do it in D2. I've written ole documents in D2 without too much trouble.

Cheers,
Phil.
