NW5and ArcserveIT6.6

Error Calling NLSGetCertificate... I have tried the fix as recommended by the "Top 25 Technical Support Issues" for ArcserveIT 6.6 at www.cai.com (ie.add the server object as trustee of the 2 license no's.) but to no avail.
Have also used latest AS6UTIL to modify/repair the Arcserve Queue and Object.
Any other suggestions?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try to read this TID,but it seems that this is an error not again fixed:

New Arcserve 6.6IT backing up with C000100D error (Last modified: 5AUG1999) TID2953125
This document (2953125) is provided subject to the disclaimer at the end of this document.
During Arcserve 6.6 IT backing up Netware 5 server, it will show Policy Manager error C000100D.
C000100D is Buffer To Small. The error occurs because ArcServe 6.6 needs a Read / Write

Replica on the Netware 5 server it's running on. Chyenne/CA is aware of the problem.
Arcserve is passing 1024 as buffer length to NLSGetCertificate.

The c000100d simply means that there was more than 1024 bytes of

data.  The reason for this is that users and assignments are also

placed in the buffer.  The first 1024 bytes in the buffer are

valid after the call.  As long as their actual certificate is

less than 1024 they can go ahead and parse the buffer they get

back and treat the error c000100d as success.
