Zoom PCI 56K Modem / Slackware 4.0

Has anyone had any luck with using a Zoom PCI 56K Faxmodem with Slackware 4.0?

Forget it, almost NO pci modems works with linux, since they are memory mapping. Unless the modem SAYS "Linux compatible" don't bother with PCI modems.
