Ever since I installed Win 98, my (Dell) computer does not recognize my (Samsung 6Ne) monitor IF I turn the computer off before I turn the monitor off. &nbsp;Attempts to have Windows add new hardware don't cure the problem. &nbsp;

Ever since I installed Win 98, my (Dell) computer does not recognize my (Samsung 6Ne) monitor IF I turn the computer off before I turn the monitor off.  Attempts to have Windows add new hardware don't cure the problem.
