DLL registeration Error!!!

Hi,
I created a regular DLL using the MFC appwizard and I'm exporting a single function. I followed the steps listed in MSDN for the same, but when I run Regsvr32 for registering the DLL, the error message given below pops up.
"The DLL was loaded but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found"

Pls. help me out to resolve this error.

Thanking in advance,
SJT

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You don't need to use Regsvr32 for ordinary DLLs, only those than implement COM/ActiveX servers/objects.

If you have implemented such an object in your DLL, you will need to have these functions implemented:

DllRegisterServer,
DllCanUnloadNow,
DllGetClassObject,
DllUnregisterServer

The MSDN should give you the apporpriate instructions if you need to ue them.

Cheers,

Raymond.
