Banner Help with Paint Shop Pro

I just downloaded Paint Shop Pro 6.0.  Even with the tutorials provided, they are too broad and vague to me.  Does anyone know where I can find Animated Banner specific instructions for this particular software?  I have a comprehension problem and need step-by-step guidance.  I can't seem to figure out how the tools work within the program.  Nor can I figure out how to save in a .gif or .jpg format so that they can be uploaded to the internet.  Also, once something is created, how do you view it to make sure it is working properly?  Can anyone help?

Open Animation Shop which is part of the PSP package.  Under Help, Click the Help Topics.  About the third paragraph down in the right frame you will see Animation Wizard and Banner Wizard.  Choose Banner Wizard and that should get you going.

Yes.  PSP has the animation wizard in File>Animation Wizard.  It doesn't seem to have a Banner Wizard.  If you have the seperate frames you want to build into an animation, it isn't too difficult.  The hardest part of any animation is the developing of the original frames.  The way I do it is to make a banner, save it, make changes, save it as a new name, make more changes, save as....  After I have 5 or 6 frames, then I string them together with Animation Shop, set the delay for each frame and any looping I want.  Just remember that to get reliable animations, the files must be in .gif format.

This question was awarded, but never cleared due to the JSP-500 errors of that time.  It was "stuck" against userID -1 versus the intended expert whom you awarded.  This corrects the problem and the expert will now receive these points; points verified.

Please click on your Member Profile and select "View Question History" to navigate through any open or locked questions you may have to update and finalize them.  If you are an EE Pro user, you can also choose Power Search to find all your open questions.

This is the Community Support link, if help is needed.  Also a question is posted there specific to these changes that apply to the experts here.  Also, I am including the link to our All Topics, since many new ones have recently been added.
