NT4.0 crash when using scroll button on logitech mouse

Does anyone know how to fix the problem of the workstation crashing almost everytime I use the scroll button on the logitech mouse?  The computer is a Dell Precision 410 and the mouse it came with is a Logitech.  I would guess there is a patch someplace or something like that can anyone help?

Have you downloaded the newest drives for the mouse from Logitech?
