Changing hostname?

I wan´ t to know how I can change my Redhat 6.1
hostname? It shows when I come to the login prompt in graphical mode, says "Welcome to XXXX",so XXXX is what I wan´t to change,I´ve tried to change it in /etc/hostname,but when I reboot the same name as before shows at the login prompt. So I guess I have to change something more?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

go into your net cfg or even better, linuxconf.  Under networking options you should see where to go.  Good luck.
