Links Problem
I Have Some HTML File That I Set The Undeline Link Off Like That:
<style type="text/css">
<!--
A:link {text-decoration: none;}
A:visited {text-decoration: none;}
-->
</style>
And It Works So I Tried To Make The Link Change his Color On Mouse Over So I DownLoaded A Css File From http://av.com/css/av.css (Alta Vista) And I Changed The Style To That:
<!--
A:link {text-decoration: none;}
A:visited {text-decoration: none;}
A:Hover {color:DodgerBlue;}
-->
And It Didn't Work
Can Anyone Explain Me Why?
And How Can I UnderLine The Link When Mouse Over

Are you using Netscape or IE?
Netscape does not respond to the hover aspect of style sheets. You'll find that Netscape doesn't support MUCH of the functioning allowed in CSS.
