make a directory such as  /mnt
mount  -t filesystem /dev/fd0 /mnt
replace filesystem with the name of the filesystem that is on the floppy. ext2 for linux  or msdos.
to mount a msdos system you have to have support for  msdos compiled into the kernel.

to unmount the floppy simple use:
umount /mnt     or what ever you called the directory.
