Changing sound volume?

Anyone have sourcecode or example for changing win98's sound volume.
I can change wave, midi, Line-in, CD volume but don't volume control

Not all devices report the "master device" for volume controlling correctly. However, if your sound card does, the program below will detect it and allow you to changes its volume:
