Joystick Support ?

Hi, I am experimenting with vb6, and now would like to add joystick support. How do i read from the jostick port ? Things such as x-axis, y-axis, buttons ?
I have looked on the msdn cd, but all the examples are for C.

There are 2 Win32 APIs you can use to access the game port... joyGetDevCaps and joyGetPos.

This Microsoft KB article has an example VB project you can play with...

SAMPLE: Joystick.exe Calls the Joystick API Functions

 Hope this helps!

Cheers!
