It's there a built in function/control?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Scrollable forms are generally a bad idea from a user standpoint, however if you are intent on adding one, the way to do it is: to add teh vscroll bar control to your form. Using the vscroll_change event, reposition your controls on the form using something like

For each control in me.controls = <initial position> - vscroll1.value * <movement>

Waty answer is exactly what I am looking for.  I partially agree with Tim Cottee about scroll bars in a form, but for my project they are necessary.
Thanks Waty!
