static frames llinked to the www

I have created a site with a static frame on the left. This frame is used for navigation. One of my webpages contain links to the www . When a user clicks on such a link the www page opens in the right frame with the navigation buttons for my site still on display.

Can i set the www links to open in the entire page rather than within the frames.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. If I understand right you only have to mark the link and then click the hyperlink button (or type Ctrl + K).
A form appears in this form type the correct URL for your hyperling and set the target frame to "new Window"
The Hyperlink should now appear in a new Window

I had to type the ww.   URL into the target frame box in the edit hyperlink box.

whats about the points
This question was awarded, but never cleared due to the JSP-500 errors of that time.  It was "stuck" against userID -1 versus the intended expert whom you awarded.  This corrects the problem and the expert will now receive these points; points verified.

Please click on your Member Profile and select "View Question History" to navigate through any open or locked questions you may have to update and finalize them.  If you are an EE Pro user, you can also choose Power Search to find all your open questions.

This is the Community Support link, if help is needed.  Also a question is posted there specific to these changes that apply to the experts here.  Also, I am including the link to our All Topics, since many new ones have recently been added.
