illegal operation message

Is there any way to change the text of the windows 98 illegal operation message? By text I mean the message says... "This program has preformed an Illegal operation and will be shut down" Is there a way to change that?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You would need to be able to open the source code to do this as these messages are not generated from a list such as ASP etc.

So you can't just use a hex editor or anything?

Unfortunately no daveqro. The source is written in C++ and compiled. There's only four such error message types throughout Win9x and they are generate either though a kernel fault, memory fault, disk access error and I don't remember the fourth. A hex editor wouldn't do you much good.
