Message Header

I received a mail (SMTP) from a friend.  How can I view details of the message header of this mail, especially its IP address?

I can set and view these details with my account at Hotmail but can't seem to be able to view it in Outlook97.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Open up the message and go to View/Option.  The intenet headers should be there.

When I open up the message and goto view there is no "option".  What I have is previous, next and message header.

Should I select message header.. what it did was just to remove the cc and bcc from the message leaving only "From".  What I will like to see is the senders IP address and other details.
There are two tabs when you look at the message, Message and Options.  Select the Options tab.
