Headers and Footers in Excel

I know that there is a way to put in one go the same H&F on all the sheets in one Excel Workbook.  i read it somewhere but I can not recall where.

Please can you help?

File->Page Setup. Goto the Header/Footers tab.

In my original Q I was asking how to put the same H&F ON ALL of the Worksheets in one Workbook in one go.

Your answer doesn't give a solution to this at all!

You can just select all of the worksheets by click on the first, holding shift and clicking on the last. Then you goto File->page setup

BTW, when I say click on the first page and then the last, I mean the bottom tab of each page.
