How to make my .class impossible/very difficult to disassemble?

Hi all,

As you know, any one could use "javap -c" to disassebmle a compiled java applet(.class) file and to retrieve critical information or do whatever hack. I want to know if there's a way for me to make my applet impossible(or at least very difficult) to be disassembled?

I noticed some people scrabble their applet java source code, e.g. replacing all the meaningful variable names, method names, etc. with meaningless strings, such as "y.o.1" etc. However, I did not find any tool/software to do such a thing. Do you know if such a beast exists?

Great thanks for any input.
