EXPORT names list from Exchange

I have several Access database systems that use an employees names list to automate sending email notices. Problem is, when a new employee starts, the list must be manually updated. Is there a way to automatically export the list of names from MS Exchange (it is kept current) to a text or database file? Then Access could simply link to it. I'm looking for a way to automate the export process every day or week. I have Admin access to Exchange.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Here is description of how to export the data you want.

Set up the Export as a batch file that is run by a scheduler program like AT.  Link your access database to the information and you should be all set.
