Corrupt Desktop Graphics
Using Windows 95 on my K6-2 350 with an STB Velocity 4400 graphics card. When opening/closing/minimising windows and when pressing buttons or loading graphics I get gaping holes left in my desktop or blocks of solid colour or images of a closed window. Norton Utilities finds no problems.
Somekind of graphic-refresh fault that happens once in a while. If the refresh command (right click mouse on the desktop) doesn't help (which it should -- thats what its there for) simply re-boot you system.

Sorry Serg, if only it was that simple.
This is not an occasional glitch, it happens all the time, everytime I boot up. I've even reinstalled windows from a formatted hard drive but the problem still occurs with no other programs installed.

Switching off the acceleration works, thanks Pasci. It would be nice not to have to do that though because I like to play the odd game and having to change the setting back and restart is a bit tedious.
