Images

I am new to web design so please bare with me. How do you make dynamic images. For example, when you move the cursor over an image, it changes the color of that image and it also drops down a list. What is the script behind this that makes it happen? An example I've seen is at www.citibank.com. An explanation with a little code would be helpful.

The images and collapsable menus you see at citibank.com is done with Flash 4. This has nothing to do with html. If you want to change images when your mouse is over an image, you can use javascript or DHTML. The drop down boxes can be done with html.

3. Dropdowns with HTML
