Where the F@#k !! is outlook 98

I rebuilt my system the other day and tried installing outlook 98 but I get an error "Unable to install Outlook 98,  network error or file error".  I've looked all over the Microsoft site and OL98 is not to be found.  I know it's installed via the internet, how the hell do I install it.  any ideas.
( I don't want Office 2000!!!!!!!!  )

MS withdrew it from the market with the release of Office/Outlook 2000. You can still find it on the CDs in some of the Outlook 98 books.

Adolfo, didn't my comment say essentially the same thing your 'answer' did?

Adolfo, Vince is right in his last comment.  However Vince, Adolfo provided me with a link to a list of the OL98 Books which have the CD in them.  This leaves me with a problem.  As both of you offered solutions, I'm confused as to how do I distibute the points?

Could you leave a comment with your suggestion.  Thanks.
You can give the points to Adolfo. You're correct in your assertion that his answer was a bit more helpful :-)
Vince, I respect your decision, that's honourable.  It's unfortunate that Microsoft has put the jam on happy OL98 users.  I rebuilt my system last week and reinstalled all my programs and found this out.  what a piss off!!!

Adolfo, thanks.  I'll be ordering a book right away.  I was hoping to get the "Developing Applications with OL98" book.  It says it comes with the CD and it appears to be what I want.
Gee, I turned my back away for a day a whole rumble started! Sorry Vince I didn't mean to start a fight... Just to help.

Aniway I'd be happy to share 7 points with you... Just a thought: can SE give half points? :)
